A national player in the hospitality space required to standardise and scale its technical training reach. We worked with the client to identify specific processes across departments that were critical to their operations. We then proceeded to create digital training modules in a modular format that could be used as a self learning tool and also as a training aid for trainer led group training. This ensured consistency in the training and the standard to be followed. Each module had an accompanying assessment and reference notes for the learners. The modules were in two languages in order to cater to the staff at various levels.
The entire content was hosted on our LMS and usge was tracked through reports and assessment scores.
